With hundreds of exhibiting organizations and stages featuring the hottest authors, and numerous related fun events, the exhibit floor is an integral part of your learning, professional development, and networking that takes place at the Midwinter Meeting. The Exhibit Hall offers you the opportunity to explore and discuss with expert vendors the breadth and depth of new and favorite library products, services, books, online services, tools, and technologies.

Ribbon-Cutting & Exhibits Opening Reception
The Exhibit Hall opens with a ribbon-cutting ceremony immediately following the Opening General Session that features a brief welcome by ALA and local dignitaries. The Exhibits Opening includes food, drink, and entertainment through the exhibit hall, giving exhibitors and attendees their first chance to network as the exhibits kick off.

What's Cooking @ ALA Cooking Demonstration Stage
Heating up the exhibit floor with mouthwatering displays of the latest cookbooks, chefs will be on hand to prepare the hottest recipes on the Demonstration Stage and to autograph their books.The full schedule will be posted here when available.

The PopTop Stage features favorites including mystery, humor, romance, technology, and travel, with readings, discussions, panels, and presentations.
On the Exhibit Floor
Blood donations help save lives. January is National Blood Donor Month. During ALA Midwiner Meeting, join Librarians Build Communities, an ALA Membership Initiative Group, by becoming a donor and participating in the mobile blood drive.

Open to ALA members, the Internet Room in the Exhibit Hall is open during exhibit hours. It is managed by ALA’s Internet Steering Committee and staffed by volunteers.
The United States Postal Service is on hand to take care of your shipping needs, offering exclusively Priority Mail service. Check the Post Office location on site for daily hours.
Exhibits Closing & Wrap Up/Rev Up Celebration
Join us Monday to close the exhibits and rev up for the Annual Conference in San Francisco. Exhibitors will offer discounts and special giveaways in their booths.
