Tips and hints to help you make the most of your time at the ALA Midwinter Meeting...

Use the Conference Scheduler and mobile app to plan, prioritize, track, get updates, see who’s coming, and find the sessions, programs, events, and exhibitors you want to add to your personal calendar. Other ways to stay in touch and get updates include the Midwinter website, Twitter @alamw and #alamw15, the Facebook Event, Tumblr, Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Find information about transportation from the airport and other local transportation on the conference website.

Don’t forget that you’ll need to pick up your conference badge at registration when you arrive—Level 3, Hall F1, McCormick Place West. Registration opens at 7:30am on Friday, January 30.

You’ll find hotel and other maps on the website. Shuttle service to the convention center (PDF) begins at 7:00am, Friday, January 30.
